Treating wood floors really depends on the floor and how well it has been treated.

For wood floors that are well sealed and maintained, the urine will be residual on the surface. Just spray Anti-Icky-Poo on the floor and leave it alone. Repeat after 2 days if necessary.

If you have treated the floors according to the above instructions and still have a problem, or for floors that are older or not sealed well, a different technique must be used.

Take a regular towel and get it wet with water so the towel is damp. Puddle the bacterial enzyme solution on the floor and place the towel directly on top of the contaminated area. This will create a moisture shield so that the MisterMax Bacterial solution will not evaporate too fast and it will allow the solution to penetrate deeper into the wood where the urine is located.

Every floor is different, so check the towel about once an hour and use your own judgment to make sure the moisture from the towel is not doing any damage to the finish or surface of the floor
