Historic and Popular Royal Hotel - A Satisfied Customer

We are the owners of a historic South Beach property—the popular Royal Hotel. One of our retail tenants was an adorable shop that sold pedigreed puppies. Imagine our surprise when they moved out and the smell they left behind was so bad that no one could enter the space without gagging and we received a violation from the city due to the smell wafting out onto the sidewalk. The dog urine had totally permeated the concrete floor. Our crew tried just about everything so that we could re-rent the store, as we were losing $4,000 for every month it was vacant. We tried muriatic acid, bleach, and degreaser. Nothing worked. Then we found out about Anti Icky Poo from our contractor who remembered reading about it in a fishing magazine. After only two treatments, the awful smell was gone and in a few weeks we found a new tenant—a tattoo parlor.

Recently we bought a foreclosure house in Hendersonville, North Carolina, with the same problem. The previous owner gave dogs and cats free reign and they did their business EVERYWHERE. Luckily we had previous experience with this miracle product. Nut with plywood floors, it took more than one application and we had to use wet comforters (from Goodwill) to get the product to absorb deep enough into the floor boards to resolve the problem. Thank you Anti Icky Poo!

Hi,

I just wanted to drop a note of thanks for an amazing product. Purchased recently from a local vet, we had to clean an apartment of a lady who had 7 cats, had gotten ill and was in the hospital for a month. After relocating the pets, we used your “Anti-Icky-Poo” on corners and in areas that had been repeatedly spoiled. The smell is now going away.

But that’s not the best part. I was removing items from her refrigerator and took out a gallon of milk that was round with gas. Thinking I could empty it in the toilet I slowly loosened the cap when it exploded out of the container all don the front of my pants and on my shoes. After cleaning the floor and toilet area with Anti-Icky-Poo, I sprayed my pants and shoes. I thought they were going to need to be trashed. The next day, when I carefully raised them to smell, I was amazed that there was no odor remaining of the soured milk—just the usual leather smell.

You have my business, what a product.

Thank you SO much for the Unscented Anti-Icky-Poo. My roommate's cat decided a corner of my room was his litter box for a few days. By the time I found it, it was really really bad. I cleaned it, ripped the carpet up, took the pad out, bleached the floor beneath, replaced the padding with new padding, and got my carpet cleaned... Still smelled. Found your product at a pet store, sprayed under the padding, and both sides of the carpet....immediate relief. Thank you so much, this stuff REALLY works. - Kevi Cowan

January 2,2007: 3 years ago, I purchased a house in a very nice neighborhood that was priced quite a bit below market value. The owner had owned the home for 20 years and had numerous pets over the years. At the time of the purchase the owner had 8 cats, 2 dogs and a bird. Yes I did notice the odor in the house, but figured it was in the carpet and we would be replacing it anyhow. once we took possession and took out the carpet, the odor didn't go away and the extent of the problem was revealed. I had no idea that animals could cause this type of damage, every wall, door and cupboard in the house had cat spray on it and most corners had been continuously urinated in by the cats (godknows for how many years!. I really had no idea how we were going to repair the damage and actually live in this house. After some investigation on the web, I came across your product and called your company. I beleive I talked to Rick and after some discussion, he convinced me that your product could take care of a problem of this scope and I purchased my first of manygallons of Anti-Icky-Poo at a local Vet Shop. To make a long story short, we had to remove 12 inches of drywall measuring from the floor upin almost all of the rooms. We also had to remove all of the flooring and carpets as well as all of the baseboard nd door trim. This allowed us to treat the 2x4 studs along the walls ans especially in the corners. We used Anti-Icky-Poo primarily full strength and would put water soaked blanket strips and towes over the studs to enhance and prolong the effect and life of the urine eating microbes in Anti-Icky-Poo. (it was during this time that I sincerely contemplated torching he house, collecting the insurance-hopefully, and rebuilding because I didn't know if we would ever get that smell out of the house. After about three months of this treatment ( we would do the treatments in one section of the house, while doing other remodeling things in thhe other parts of the house). We brought n drywallers, flooring and carpet people and moved in approximately 6 months after actually purchasing the house. The good news is that your product did get rid of all that terrible urine smell, and Ihave to be honest I really had my doubts about that. We have a cat and have never noticed her sniffing in the corners of the house indicating that she could smell anything. We have also hosted several parties with all kinds of people and never had any of them indicate they could detect any pet urine smell. Yes, the house is pretty much remodeled, and lookng on the positive side of things- it is at least remodeled the way we want it. Thank you MisterMax, and especially Anti-Icky-Poo, for turning around what would have been the worst financial decision of my life in purchasing this house, into one of the best decisions of my life. Also, Thanks for keeping me married. Sincerley, Fred W. Ward - Fred W. Ward
